At Kowaluska, we we want you to be completely satisfied with your Kowaluska experience.  Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept returns.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please reach out to our customer care team and we will do our best to ensure that your experience with Kowaluska exceeds expectations.

Before shipment, all Kowaluska items are hand inspected to ensure they meet the Kowaluska quality standard.  Even with that, our parts are made in very small quantities, and pass through the hands of many dedicated craftspeople, evidence of the manufacturing journey may be visible.

We hope you enjoy your Kowaluska items as much as we do.  Our mission isn't to create items that will sit on shelves, it is to create items you will touch and use every day.
